Unfortunately, this system has a long history of problems, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scaling in the cooling tower fill<\/li>\n<li>Scaling in the chiller condenser tubes<\/li>\n<li>Turbid water<\/li>\n<li>High bacteria counts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, the crossflow cooling towers allow all of the Florida sunlight to come in contact with the water in the sump, which caused a major algae problem.<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_5&#8243; text_line_height_last_edited=&#8221;on|desktop&#8221;]\n<h3>Solution<\/h3>\n<div id=\"smaller-border\"><\/div>\n<p>In the Fall of 2020, EasyWater received a purchase order for (2) CTF-360-S skid mounted treatment systems, a unique, three-part solution for cooling tower treatment and filtration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>EasyWater <a href=\"\/commercial\/product\/sedimentshield\/\">SedimentShield<\/a>\u2014a sub-micron, backwashing filter for the removal of sediment and bacteria<\/li>\n<li>Ultraviolet chamber for bacterial sanitization<\/li>\n<li>EasyWater <a href=\"\/commercial\/product\/no-salt-conditioner\/\">No-Salt Conditioners<\/a> to prevent and remove hard water scale deposits, biofilm, and bacteria.
