Treatment Center had a water hardness of about 18 grains and a very warm climate. For years, the facility struggled with:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-box\">\n<li>Scaling in domestic water heaters, mixing valves, plumbing, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Scaling in the cooling tower and chiller condenser tubes<\/li>\n<li>Excessive particulate in cooling tower water and high bacteria counts<\/li>\n<li>High chemical usage\/cost in cooling tower system<\/li>\n<li>Corrosion-related high-iron content deposits in their closed loop chilled water system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; text_font=&#8221;Open Sans||||||||&#8221; text_text_color=&#8221;#3d5563&#8243; text_font_size=&#8221;16px&#8221; header_2_font=&#8221;Open Sans|300|||||||&#8221; header_2_text_color=&#8221;#464f56&#8243; header_2_font_size=&#8221;27px&#8221; header_2_line_height=&#8221;1.3em&#8221; header_3_font=&#8221;|800||on|||||&#8221; header_3_text_color=&#8221;#3d5563&#8243; header_3_letter_spacing=&#8221;1px&#8221; header_3_line_height=&#8221;1.3em&#8221; max_width=&#8221;80%&#8221; max_width_tablet=&#8221;100%&#8221; max_width_phone=&#8221;&#8221; max_width_last_edited=&#8221;on|desktop&#8221; module_alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; text_font_size_tablet=&#8221;&#8221; text_font_size_phone=&#8221;&#8221; text_font_size_last_edited=&#8221;on|phone&#8221; text_line_height_tablet=&#8221;&#8221; text_line_height_phone=&#8221;1.6em&#8221; text_line_height_last_edited=&#8221;on|phone&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]\n<h3>Complete Treatment Solution<\/h3>\n<div id=\"smaller-border\"><\/div>\n<p>EasyWater installed their\u00a0No-Salt Conditioners on the hot and cold domestic water system, SmartGuard RO and CTF (Cooling Tower Filtration) Systems to treat the cooling tower, and Series C Closed Loop Treatment System on the closed loop chilled water system.<\/p>\n<p>On the domestic water side, the No-Salt Conditioners slowly removed existing scale from piping, water heaters and mixing valves, and have saved considerable maintenance throughout the facility.<\/p>\n<p>SmartGuard RO and CTF Systems removed existing scale deposits in the cooling tower and condenser tubes, as well as provided protection from future scale build-up. The CTF System cleaned the cooling tower water to very low particulate and bacteria levels while using only a small fraction of the biocide chemicals used previously.<\/p>\n<p>The Series C Closed Loop Treatment System provided excellent results, removing existing high- iron content deposits and allowing GEO to operate without chemicals at very low corrosion rates.<\/p>\n<p>This is one of many successful EasyWater projects with GEO Group.<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
