I had an Easy Water whole house filter installed on the well in my house. My well failed for PFAS (forever chemicals). My water tester told me that the filter Easy Water installed would not remove those chemicals. I was panicked and I went back and forth with Michele C. my Easy Water rep about this. Very patiently, several times, she assured me that the filter would work. I received my test results today...NO PFAS IN MY WATER!!!

I have had my water softener for 3 and 1/2 months now and is working great. I had to reprogram because it did not regenerate at first, but that was pretty simple to do with help from the company.

Your water softener was installed yesterday. I was very pleased to have it done. I am also pleased with the plumber you chose to install the equipment. He stated that he would install the same system in his own home.
